nodpage Meetings: calendar data
Effective 27 October 2026
Meetings is the nodpage scheduling app. You connect your calendars and guests use your link to book free time. This page explains what the app receives from connected calendars, why and how to disconnect. Other matters are covered in thegeneral policy.
1. Data the app receives
When you connect a calendar through Google, Yandex or Microsoft sign-in, an app password or an .ics link, the app receives:
- the account email address, to label the connection;
- your calendar list, with names and colours;
- events from 30 days ago to 120 days ahead: start and end time, title, location and free/busy status;
- the access token issued by the calendar service, or the app password.
2. Purpose
- To show your meetings on one schedule.
- To avoid offering guests times when you are busy. Guests see only free slots, without event titles, locations or attendees.
- To add a guest’s meeting to your chosen calendar, and change or delete that meeting if rescheduled or cancelled. The app does not modify or delete your other events.
Calendar data is not used for advertising, AI model training or sale. It is not shared with third parties. Only the software reads it; people do not view it unless you request help with a problem or the law requires it.
3. Google data
The app requests access to your Google email (openid, userinfo.email), calendar reading (calendar.readonly) and event creation and editing (calendar.events). Use and transfer of information received through Google APIs adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
4. Storage and security
On the Meetings app server hosted by RU-CENTER (JSC “RSIC”) in Russia, outside the EU. Access tokens and app passwords are encrypted at rest. Connections to calendar services use HTTPS only. A cached copy of events covers a 150-day window and is refreshed during synchronisation.
5. Disconnection and deletion
In the app: “Calendars” → connection → “Disconnect”. The access token and cached events for that connection are deleted immediately; nothing is deleted from the calendar itself. You can also revoke access through the provider: for Google, use myaccount.google.com/permissions; for Yandex and Microsoft, use the account’s security settings. To delete all other data about you, email amik@amik.am. We delete it within 30 days.
6. Guests
Guests leave their name, email and answers to the owner’s questions. These are used to send an invitation and reminder and provide a link to reschedule or cancel. The meeting owner can see them.
7. Responsible person
Ambartsum Amayakyan, creator of nodpage. Questions and requests about your data: amik@amik.am. Your rights under the GDPR are listed in the general policy.
